Tracey L. Rosswurm

Following the acquisition of my long-standing mid-size firm by a national entity, and a brief retirement, I transitioned my passion for helping others into the fields of Estate Planning and Elder Law.

Education:

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Indiana University and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, earned in 1999. My expertise has been developed through over 20 years of legal practice, serving as an Arbitrator in Allen County Circuit Court, a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, and a Registered Mediator.

Experience & Skills:

I have received specialized training in both Collaborative and Cooperative Divorce models. Additionally, I am known for my appearances on radio and television, as well as contributions to books, magazine articles, and most recently, a presentation on Ethics for continuing legal education.

As a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), I am dedicated to upholding the highest standards in legal services for older adults and individuals with disabilities.
